well..thats what the marketing dept of volvo say......but not a reality....i'vw worked in the automotive industry and i have first hand information on who captures the biggest market share..customer satisfaction index etc.etc. I personally know heaps of customers dissappointed with volvo...and by the way.....its not a german car!
