so how does that prevent people like cho? it doesn't. maybe if they marketed it as a 'trafficking law', but they push all that Cho stuff like it'll stop that. it won't. it'll only stop people who are stupid enough to use their legally purchased handguns for murder. i guess you might get something out of it...
