Feeling depressed? Do you remember the last time you feel ridiculously happy? As a change in your physiology can change the way you feel, doing a dynamic back-bend yoga pose can trigger the energetic and out-going feeling again.

Have a go with Bow Pose (Dhanurasana), Side Plank (Vasisthasana) and Wild Thing (Camatkarasana) and feel like skipping around the town again!

Remember, the fastest cure to depression is to do things for others!
