Can you distort it (like a pedal or an amp setting) or would that ruin the guitar? Or does it have distortion in it as a setting?

Well, it's an interesting thing. But 4,000 dollars! I don't think so. I mean, I don't mind putting out that kind of money on good guitar, or amp, but I'm able to do my own tuning and prefer keeping things simple. Hats off to Gibson, though. Always thinking and trying to come up with something new.
