@funkyglo Correct but if you watch the documentary it was similar to the story the movie just happend at different times example it was later in his career he meant with the odd guy that was a fed in the movie he meant with him right in the begging.

@stealthowns1304 no. Now Mitnick is working as an Advisor for computer safety and he is also a writer. After 5 years in jail and 8 months of theese 5 years away from computers

man i was so pissed at the end when they caught him, god damnit why do the good guys win in every movie, or the guys that appear to be good but are actually bad...like Mitnick didnt haxor normal computer users like us you know, which means he wasnt ewuhl, he was the good guy coz FBI and FED's are all KUFFAARS!!! @stealthowns1304 he was in jail a few years ago and he got out late 2000 or early 2001 but he went to jail for a few years.
