Pretty good quality video. I just got an iPod touch as well, and am anxious to do a vid with it and see what I can do. I got the iMovie app too and am going to try that for editing. :)

I didn't want to but the imovie app for $5, I guess because I am cheap... OORRR because I don't have a credit card... OORRR, both :)
I used SPLICE - VIDEO EDITOR FREE, and am quite impressed with that app.
I like the video quality on the ipod touch, but the picture quality kinda sucks :(
Hope you're having fun with your ipod as much as I am having fun with mine :)
