Arpeggios are chords spread out over multiple beats. If you play all the notes at once, it's a chord. If you play the same notes one at a time, they are arpeggios.
If you watch the Spectrasonics Omnisphere videos, in one of them he gives a really great history of arpeggiators.
Anyways - great video. Really have been shying away from any kind of beats and this is a good start.

The Stylus RMX is a shitty! Up to practice at home is a good groove. CD I would never do this in the sound flat!

Basically you open up the Albino as an instrument in it's own midi track. So if you are using RMX for a drum loop (channel 1) a snare (channel 2) some pads (channel 3), then open albino on it's on MIDI track on Channel 4. Google "loading VST using cubase" or for whatever sequencer you are using. Just make sure that you put Albino on its own CHANNEL and then Monitor the midi channel, hit record and play!
