Newer versions of iTunes have "Tones" instead of "Ringtones".

@Mshindify go into the itunes library, not device.

When I click rename only the Song title shows up.

@thegamesyoungerbro well, if you open up your documents, and press f10, the toolbar should appear, go to tools > folder options, click the view tab, and then UNCHECK the 'Hide extensions for known file types' this should solve your problem :)
