The battery and vandalism was over an overly aggressive photographer (paparazzo) that was threatening him throughout the day, so don't forget to mention who the alleged assault was against - he was given no jail time and only community service and anger management.

We need Sean Penn to use his star status and go on as many news outlets and media as possible.
