By creating a pandemic within the vaccine itself; something that has already been admitted by WHO with their 'mock ups', it will then appear to be spreading, and you are right people will demand it. Many states already have contingency plans for that. They already have the plans on paper, and have stated their intent. It will be forced. "Martial Law Executive Orders" pave the way for it all. I for one will not be taking it, nor will I be forced to.

Hopefully at least half of the population feels the same way. The thing to be concerned about is the ones that do take it, and then start infecting those that dont.
