it is easy to find cream cheese in Korea, but not Sour Cream. You'd probably have to go to CostCo. I think your videos are a great way to open westerners to Korean Menus. Korean food really isn't like Chinese or Japanese...you either like it or you don't.

You can either substitute marscapone or neufchatel cheese for the cream cheese.
