@mona0303 I would have to re-watch the video, but I am pretty sure the younger man fit the description, but when they went to question him, the older gentlemen got very disruptive which classifies as interfering with a police investigation. That is why he was handcuffed and led away from where the police were investigating, i.e. questioning the younger man that met the description. Like I said though, I would have to re-watch the video but I am at work an cannot.

I guess we should NEVER detain and question someone that fits the description of a person that committed a crime. Who cares if real criminals are set free to do it again, at least we didn't bother anyone in the process. I didn't see anything wrong in this video. Cooperate, and you don't get cuffed. The girl even said they weren't questioning him but he wasn't going to "put up with it". There are dick head cops, just like there are dick head youtube posters, but not every arrest is wrong.
