@StopHittingMe1000 There was a study once. That all the little boys, that use to bully the girls in the early stages at school, calling them names or pull their bra. It's actually a defensive behavior of exposing their true interest in these girls. The thing is that the boys have faced the moment of truth that they may or may not be in love with the spotted girl. In order to deny themselves the feelings they must act out of paranoia. So nobody else would notice the feelings. Such as being mean.

@a18sccr If your implying that this is the original your mistaken. This was song was originally written in French and recorded by Plastic Bertrand. The lyrics on the Plastic Bertrand version are by far the most ludicrous of all.
