This is the video pilot for PZ-Cuisine cooking videos, I know there is a lot of room for improvement but I'd love to get some feedback! This is mainly designed for students who don't cook a lot. I want to get you cooking. Problems with malnutrition and obesity are serious and exponentially increasing. My attempt as a chef to help out, is to tech people how to cook at home. Up to 40% of the children born in the USA after the year 2000 will be insulin dependent before they turn 18. Today's students are tomorrows parents and if you don't learn to cook, odds are you won't cook for them. So feedback: Is it informative enough? Is it too informative? Be honest, be creative, be brutal!
