When I was younger I was a fan of TMBG, forgot about them for years.. As an adult, I've rediscovered them, and this album earned them a whole new realm of respect from me.

I fucking love TMBG!!

@Evarose135 You realize that evolution through mutation occurs as a result of reproduction, right? You're right about the cells not all mutating at once, because it's typically understood to be a few mutations during the organism's development which propagate as the organism grows and the mutated cell reproduces. Besides, even if there had only been ONE mutation ON EARTH PER YEAR since life was created, it's still enough to mutate every gene in the human genome over 120,000 times.

@Evarose135 Evolution has been observed, measured, modeled and physically been constructed in a laboratory. It is not only likely but actuality. Your ignorance does not disprove science.

I am the only one who believes in evolution in my school. In Texas.

@Evarose135 That's not what The Big Bang Theory is about, what you're describing is a simplified version most likely told to kids to get a general idea. If you really are interested in learning what it is in more detail, look it up. Also, "prove it"? The Big Bang Theory is just that, a theory. It might be wrong, or it might be true, but it's the one that currently fits and explains more about why the "space" behaves as it does, AKA the one more likely.
Why are you even telling me this, anyway?

@Born2bRedeemed That's probably true, but I can see how angels fit into the category of elves and unicorns. They're both creatures that aren't seen, and are only there because we imagined them, or appeared in documents of fiction.
-
@Evarose135 I hope you're joking, right?

@ultraveburas Actually nearly every single religion promises a form of after life, it is in fact the basis of practically all religion in the world, acting on man's basic instinct of fearing death, and the hope that an omnipotent being might just save use from the complete nothingness.
And these so called prophecies are merely interpreting the bible in a way that makes it seem like something is suddenly there. Make a prophecy using the bible before it happens, and you'll then have an argument
Science! It works, bitches!

When I was a kid, the idea of presenting a concept as complex as DNA to children was probably almost always dismissed as something too complex for them to understand... I have to wonder how different society would be today if the curiosity of children was not so underestimated.
