During the "Ocean Tiger Meet 08" at Landivisiau I got the chance to fly an czech Mi-24. That rocked ;)

You are right. The PIC is in the backseat. The frontseat is for the CoPi/WSO.
I usually fly planes and just had the luck to get an awesome ride in the Hind ;)
