How to get installer for ipod touch/iphone with 3.1.2

Go to http://www.appsafari.com/maps/825/installerapp/ and then scroll down and get the installer app then unzip the app and ssh the uziped folder into your applications section and then shut off and on your iphone/ipod touch and then you have installer!!
