Bro you have some top notch names there. After one bottle of sazerac and bulleit, they're both staples, I won't keep a bar w/o them. But I'm totally with you on High West, I went to the beer bourbon and bbq fest in here in NY last month and High West blew me away, the only mark against them is they use whiskeys from other distilleries, it's not their own stuff from my understanding, they just blend it, but wow is it amazing, and also great segment on seagram's no WONDER it's so disgusting!

@j2ndcaptain Dickel is pretty sweet, I'm a fan too. Sazerac rye is one of the other sweeter whiskeys I can think of, four roses is very sweet too, but it's either too young or there is too much rye in it, b/c it's real aggressive. If you're in australia, it's tough to find these crafted whiskeys, I have a hard enough time and I'm in the states. But good reviews like this on the web at least help you narrow your target down so you can focus your search. If you can find it, try van winkle 10 or 15

BOOKER'S did not do much for me.

JD7 unsatisfying,

WT80 bourbon just cordial

BULLIET cola is just puke.

JB white and Black a bit simple. just vanillis is boring.

Love Grains at the BACK or mouth and in Throat and Slides down. 

Thinks WT RYE or JB RYE more cheaper.
