INGREDIENTS:
3/4 oz. gin
3/4 oz. Lillet Blanc
3/4 oz. Cointreau
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
A dash of absinthe
Cherry for garnish
PREPARATION:
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine equal parts gin, Lillet Blanc, Cointreau and fresh lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass. Spritz with absinthe and garnish with a cherry.
