You did an ace job on this video.
It's pretty sad, people are sent mixed messages everyday. USA is the fattest nation in the world, yet we also have a higher rate of eating disorders like anorexia and bulimia.

I heard a health/fitness "expert" on one of the daytime talk shows recently quote different stats. One was that Americans spend over $40 Billion annually on weight loss and diet products. $40 BILLION DOLLARS in a world that has about 700 million people that are malnourished. $40 billion dollars would feed the entire 3rd world! We definitely should be ashamed of ourselves...

My God, look at all these children! They're growing up, it's essencial to them to eat healthy food, but their parents are lazy and don't give them healthy food. Healthy food does NOT taste bad, not if people know a little more about recipes and cooking. Unfortunately, some people go by the easier way and they pay with their lives for this. They become completely unhealthy, they can't enjoy life well and they easily have heart disease.

I got fat when I was 8 years old, in 1995. When I was 16, in 2003, I decided to get healthy and thin again. I got it!!! Now, I am 21 years old and I'm still okay. Sometimes I try to help fat people. Some of them asked "Why don't you accept me as I am?", so I say "I do, but do you?". So they don't talk anymore. And then, I try to help and inform them as much as I can.
