  • When I was a teenager I used to camp and fish there overnight. That was when it was just a wet cow pasture. There were remnants of the old farm and it was always pretty spooky. I remember a giant ficus tree that was uprooted by hurricane andrew was blown over into the water; used to sit in the branches looking down into the water for hours.
