Hello. Can You explain me what is the point of hitting without a rotation in the feets? Is this kind of punch is faster, or the ballance is better? I don,t understand? Isn,t that making the punch weaker? I thought that the rotation of feets is one of the componenst used to make attack stronger. So what is the point?

Hi Michael, in this exercise you think keeping a ballon and you rotate the pole position ; that helps turning the bust without mooving the feets. So when using in fight position, the foots stays on the floor and they don't turn (as you see on the video).With a daily training you need two months about . I had begun this kind of training with master Yao Zong Xun in 1983. As a disciple of Cui Rui Bin i continued and decided to show the steps of learning the direct fist of Yi Quan
