@scrawfrd02 Here's a chefs trick for you, first if you want to eat them raw like this guy they should be " top necks ", Cherrystones are about the size of your palm, too big for this, " little necks are smaller than tops if you want a smaller clam. Next put them in the freezer for about 10 minutes before you shuck them, the cold screws up their muscle control and they're easier to open.
