A federal appeals court has ruled the Federal Communications Commission lacks the authority to prevent internet service providers from blocking and controlling internet traffic. The FCC has long sought to force internet service companies to give web users equal access to all websites, a concept known as network neutrality. But the decision grants the companies further control over internet traffic while threatening the future of internet regulation.

  • @TheNavigateur What about the law about forcing people to have healtgh care? Do you think that will work?

  • @TheNavigateur Hmm. So net nutrallity tells companies what they can do, with their own product. Why the hell do people bother to start up buisnesses when our pathetic government tells them how to run it. If a company owns a website, than that company has the right to take it off their website. Just like the fags at youtube can take down whatever we put here.

  • @blackbatmatt30 No, I'm saying net neutrality LITERALLY makes it illegal for companies to block anybody's speech. You can pretend that's not what net neutrality is, but that's LITERALLY what it is. And nothing else.

  • @TheNavigateur Sure it does, Just like the fairness doctrine helps free speach in radio.

  • @blackbatmatt30 Net neutrality prevents companies from blocking anybody's speech. Get a clue.

  • @TheNavigateur Yup we have free speach. Until Obama's net nutrality law.

  • @blackbatmatt30 Oh and by the way, nobody deserves to be put to death for their political views, no matter what they are. In civilisation we have this funny but very important thing called discussion. This requires freedom of speech. Understand its benefits.

  • @blackbatmatt30 Socialism isn't about government power. Get a clue.

  • @TheNavigateur Socialism is a dirty word. Anyone who allows the government to have more power by taking the rights away from us, is evil and deserves to be put to death.

  • @blackbatmatt30 You use the word "socialist" like it's a dirty word. Capitalism is a form of socialism. No word in the political dictionary is a dirty word. Grow up first.
