id like EVERYONE who compains about customer service to actually PROVIDE customer service, 6 days a week for 8 hours a day to see how ANNOYING it is to listen to people WHINE all day about their stuff, most are completely entitled to it because theyre right, but half of the time its people just bein RUDE tryin to get as much as they can from companies. if she was alone, its VERY UNDERSTANDABLE that shes FED UP with so much work! esp. bc its not her job to take orders.

Hi i work at mcdonald's and i dont really blame u for being mad cuz although drive thru customers are important, so are the people at the lobby. If i worked at the mcdonalds u went to, i would have helped u out as much as i can cuz thats pretty much my job. they should have done what they were supposed to do and give u ur food cuz thats mainly what u came in for.

I totally agree with you and I'm also someone who takes the time to call or write to these companies when I get poor service. I have worked in customer service for years and now manage a contact center so I take it very seriously. I provide great service so I expect to receive it. I really want to drive to GA and go to the McDonalds on Fairburn off Hwy 92 and tell Fatima..."She told you!!!!" Great video...keep it up. We need to start a customer service revolution!!!
