the laws (bout guns) should be therer so there can be longer jail sentaces for thos who use them wrong. so basical what im saying is get so smarter laws about guns.

God.. people actually think that, a smart guy like Ron Paul says the typical stupid line "If more people would have guns less people would've died".. check the statistics with the number of murders by firearms per year in the US compared to Europe

In my country, Sweden, very few people die by gunfire, even extremist groups can't hold of guns that easy, the state should have the monopoly on violence and therefore also on guns. Are you gonna go hunting in the woods with your assault rifle?

You have no idea how the "black market" works. We have a problem with illegal immigration, as well as smuggling. If you want an illegal gun, it's one phone call away.

Anythin can be a "tool of death". That's a bullshit label. You can kill someone with a knife, you can kill someone with a toaster and some water. You can kill someone by pushing them down a flight of stairs.

If you outlaw guns, they're removed only from the hands of people who obey the law. All the power is then shifted into the hands of criminals, and the state.
