@forknutsbut its got no soul. the thing that people loved about jeeps wasn't so much that they were good off road. it was that they WERE american. my dj5 was made 100% each and every piece in the USA, by hard working american people. your jk was made in a half dozen countries and if your lucky assembled here. also the jk takes a member out of your 4wheeling trips new jeeps behave more like self aware robots rather than a person like old ones did. say what you want but ill take that hear any day.

@tallzdatank Yes my Jk has cost me more than your Heap. But its light years ahead of the TJ even. I have driven a few TJ's and hate it. I cannot comment on how much your Jeep gets treated like a Jeep because I do not know you or how much you wheel. Maybe you should not make the same assumption about me. My JK spends plenty of time in the bush and has the war wounds to prove it. Still not sure how you figure its a piece of junk, nor do I care. All I know is its amazing on and off road.

@forknuts yea and ive had my 75 dj 5 for 3 years, its got 300,000 miles on it, and it still runs great. probly cost me less than 1/100 of what your jk cost you, and even though its right hand drive, as well as 2wd probly spends more time living as a jeep than yours does (thats off road) lets face it the jk is a piece of over priced Chrysler junk. god i miss the good old amc days

got a 92 jeep xj cherokee and 93 jeep yj wrangler and they both stand the test of time. my yj is 18yrs old and xj is 19. no wonder how long the new jeeps will last?

nice i wish jeep would go back to amc then i would buy 1 but i will buy a wrangler or yj a 87-95 in the future
