  • i just did this onthe floor...waaay harder than it looks..

  • @mytemoful don't see the point on the floor? since it's about progression mainly of the joints and not the muscles and on the floor creates a lot more tension on the joints beginners who want to avoid injuries start on the bars where there is less tension and can focus on technique and form.

  • should practise on the floor. dont see the reason to use bars, but still good :-)

  • The TV distracted me. Thats good now try flicking up planche to handstand. It would be harder to balance the handstand on those bars but with practice :D.
