http://Capricast.com for the FULL 11:30 version - In the wake of Amanda's announcement of Zoe's involvement in the MAGLEV bombing, Caprica is ramping up momentum more and more with each episode... and with the addition of BSG's Luciana Carro (Kat) and Christian Tessier (Duck) not to mention a few cameos from Stargate alumni, it feels like the Graystones and Adamas are in even more familiar surroundings already. We've got a two week break thanks to those pesky Olympics, so in lieu of a new Caprica episode, we hope you get a kick out of Capricast 103, as well as a jump on our new contest for the title sequence of our show!

  • Awesome review! As of watching this episode I really did not like the show it seems inconsistent, drifting, and frankly I just wasnt caring. But of course I couldnt just give up because there is so much that is interesting and the potential is there. Episode 5: There is another Sky was a turning point for me and now Im hoping it continues to get better. I interested to see what you think.

    Thanks.

  • Check out this weeks show.

Tamara is in the virtual game "New Cap city'.

What if Willy plays the game and discovers her. What would Joseph do?

    How would grandma Ruth react?

  • I hope that they follow what happens to Tamara since Zoe let her out into the V-club. That could be an interesting storyline. And the strange voice Clarice was talking to definitely is the evil mastermind behind her agenda. the Graystones having sex in front of Zoe in the robot! That was frakking insane! I was like "OMG!!!" :-O Very awkward and strange! Putting out a hit on Amanda is crazy too! And, I thought Lacey being annoying during the tea scene was hilarious.

  • Great review. I like the relationship between Bill and his uncle. I think it exposes some great examples of an influence that made an impact on his identity. Also, I really love that they are expanding on the world building by showing that sexuality is not really an issue in the BSG world by having his uncle play a bad-ass mobster who happens to be gay. It really shatters the gay stereotypes of our culture. Great interview here: afterelton. com /people/2010/02/sasha-roiz

  • Ok guys, first off i love you! And i loved your coverage of BSG. BSG was a worthy show of weekly reviews. It was well shot, well acted, had some good scripts, had some great CGI. It also was based on a pre-existing show. BUT-This Capricast is just a TRON-Godfather mix. Nothing in it is anything we have not seen before and not really well done either. Lots of cliche, 75% of the acting/actors is/are pretty blah.

I can only hope a new show will come around worthy of your reviews.

  • Ugh Olympics hindering my Caprica

  • Please not in front of the cylon!

  • I don't get the Amanda hate. Paula is an excellent actress, and I love to watch her.

But I like all the characters. Great reviews.
