These Batman-themed commercials were only produced for about a third of the first season and were never seen again, not even on the home video releases. Definitely one of the most interesting and unique villains in the DC universe. Since Freeze, Poison Ivy, and the Mad Hatter would be too unrealistic for the Nolan incarnation of the Batman universe, I'd say they ought to take a chance and give batman a villain with some real "powers" in a realistic manner. An obsessive compulsive who knows precisely how long it takes for batman to do any action. That would be interesting.
