It plays when Spider-Man is on the church spire, before he gets rid of the symbiote. I'm not sure what the official name of the song is but I've heard it been called, "Black-Suited Spider-Man Goes to Church," "Humbled and Humiliated," "Venom Transformation," as well as other names.

Although this movie was absolutely horrendous, it is a shame that we never got a proper complete soundtrack for it, like we got for 1 and 2. While I wasn't impressed with what Young did overall (No one tops Elfman's work for Spider-Man 2 in my book), there were some decent themes that I'd like to hear high quality versions of. One part I'm particularly fond of was the music that plays right before MJ falls in the end battle, when Harry and Peter are racing up to save her.
