Australian GM Holden Pickup, 1964 'EH' Model. Cruizin in my ute to Bendigo with the club. Reef Green paint (1961 Holden colour), Autometer gauges in Speco chrome pods with reprinted faces to match car, I did it custom painted steering wheel and yep that's a gilmer belt you hear under the bonnet. Race prepared 202ci, full revert port and polish with twin SUs, Genie interupted extractors,M22 Saginaw gearbox. Walker 121 muffler.Makes around 220 hp. Luuuv it!
Look closer and you can see that I've changed all of the 'black' insert colours on the dash and switches to white, same with the horn button which is green with white centre and gold meta-jools (HOK). Plenty of little detail bits here and there to discover.

  • Hey, 1000 hits on this video of mine, wow! It was my first ever trst video which I thought was'nt very good. What a suprise it's been to watch the viewership go up.

    Thanks everyone for watching.

Don't forget to leave a comment or feedback on the video. It's always interesting to get opinions from people from other countries especially the US where this brand (GMH) was born out of GMC.

  • @Inmyroom100 Hi, Where did you get the steering wheel from? Nice EH!

  • @davidcrae Hmm...my reply is missing from 2 weeks ago!

Take two! I painted the wheel myself. Base coat: body colour then airbrushed the white flames with a template, sharp to feather edge, then a good dose of gold flake and to top it off three generous coats of clear.

  • She's not for sale you said, but if you were to sell what price would you put on her ?

  • @holdenreds

Never thought of a sale price, Hmm....maybe $20-25.000. but what I would want and what the market would pay are always two different issues. You might find something similar for $12-15.000. Hard to come up with a price.

Suprisingly old Holdens aren't that valuable exept like the Monaros and Toranas.

  • For sale! The car's been in the family since 1972, so no sale!

    More soon though.
