That vette pretty clean. Is that your first car or your first vette?
-
@the10wyatt Not sure, I just upgraded to a C5 but when I had it my folks covered insurance and I covered repair and fuel costs.
-
@zenaku85 you were close with the vette in the gerage its actually a 1971 Opel GT or also known as the Baby Vette! Thank though, unfortunatly I had to sell it to pay for repairs on the actual vette.

Hey im lookin to buy a 89 vette, i've seen what look to be a lot of good deals from private owners on craigslist. What do you think is a good price to buy one of these babies? I've seen them anywhere from 5k to over 10k

@TGbaseball26 I just sold mine for 8k. In reality, I could have gotten 12k. But In todays market I would say prices could range from 5k to 12k so im happy with what I got for it. But I would have rated mine about an 8 out of 10. So I would expect you to pay about 8-9k for one in as good as of condition as this one.

hey, i'm wondering if you ever pushed the car. my gf's dad just finished restoring an 89 vette and she wants to race me in my 2011 mustang v6. if u know an accurate 0-60 time for ur car let me know? i'd really appreciate it

@mobius0311 Ive pushed it a bunch. Its a great car, and by no means new. But this engine was designed for low end torque. So id say it would tear the mustang out of the hole, but afterwards it could go either way. Best of luck!!
