Here is a glimpse of daily life in Taga, a village south of Bobo-Dioulasso near Toussiana in Burkina Faso. It seems isolated. It has no electricity. Cooking is on charcoal. Water is carried from a well. But it has a connection with the wider world; the highway to Abidjan passes through Taga. And in this video, you will hear popular music on a portable radio.
