would be awesome to have security set up so if someone breaks in, scanner starts flashing (like on the show when somebody tried to get in and MK was not there) and kitt's voice says "identify yourself with voiceprint or the engine will not start" lol. you would want to fortify the area under the steering wheel too so they can't get in and hotwire ;-)

No it's a program from the Knight 2000 which alows the car to make any noise you choose.
in this case it's programming a siren.
