One Inch Punch (3 of 4)

The third clip. The strongest of the 3 one inch punches. Here I am using the wrist, the angle of elbow, shoulder, waist and some footwork, but I can't generate well everything as a whole. So I will continue to train to control better every part of my body. Keep watching.
