panama has a large west indian population but not 80%, maybe in colon, yes the west indian immigrants in panama speak both english and spanish but you woulndt know that since the latin wave hit the scene now everyone wants to be hispanic personally i think its bullshit, although you hear them chat "wari-wari" sometimes.
