My dashboard is totally empty. I have a huge site, but something happened and my dashboard has NOTHING! What should I do?

OMG, thank you for helping me figure out how to get to my dashboard. Makes me seem so technical illiterate but that was a huge obsticle for me up to this point. I needed to get into this to activate my theme and it has been like a whole day before finding someone to help me do this
