on 5th gear at120kmh at what rpm it is with the new fd?

I noticed that on stock FD the car goes in 2nd up to 85kmh, and with 4.9FD it loses 5kmh... and basically even with close ratios you notice the same.. it loses 5kmh when 4.9FD is installed

You wont be going very fast with that setup. Has to be great for the circuit though.

Wow that sounded nice... its a b16 tranny but with those close ratios it sounds like a K series 6 speed tranny
