This was the first show after PepsiCo had cancelled their sponsorship {their attutude was, "your show's too offbeat for us to continue our arrangement"}. Dana still wanted a "sponsor's name" in the title, so he chose a popular New York restaurant, even though they didn't HAVE a single commercial in that episode. Carvey actually taped his series at the CBS Broadcast Center, but ABC {naturally} insisted they couldn't show their rival network's name, hence the marquee gag at the beginning...
