The usual response to such a comment, usually referred to as 'faggorty' in the Anonymous shibboleth, is to denounce the commenter as a 'newfag' and respectfully request that they 'lurk moar' -- a strategy that, while almost automatic in some circles, is pointless on a non-Anonymous site.

The particular grammar of that phrase is a well established meme, usually in the following form:

X is a pretty cool guy, X (does some action) and doesn't afraid of anything.
