Each day you'll learn 1 of the 31 different exercises to do on an Urban Rebounding mini-trampoline. The challenge is - can you do ALL the exercises and build up your New Year fitness? For example: Day 1 you perform exercise 1 (as many times as you like) Day 2 you perform Day 2 exercise PLUS Day 1, Day 3 you perform Day 3, day 2 and Day 1 exercise etc etc until Day 31 you perform Days 31, 30, 29, 28...THE LOT! Are you up for it?
