  • foodsux4- Pretty much in the same way as weaning off BP. Start with a holistic routine then stick to it! I'm releasing 10 free videos on the 13 Oct that will tell you all about it.

  • 22lotusflower - I have some videos and articles in my blog about how to wean off the pill

  • I love your videos and enthusiasm, but I think they're sometimes a bit too long. 5 mins max would be good xx

  • My skin gets extremely flaky from using Benzoyl Peroxide, is there a way to fix the falky part? Its not really dry, its just flaky, like when i just brush my face with my hand the flakes start coming off. I tried moisturizers, but it don't seem to fix it. =( and does Vaseline clog your pores?

  • @SilentSilence sun screen cream helps!

  • From my experience, I stray from Benzoyl Peroxide all together. I strictly stick to Dove soap and salicylic acid and pomegranate extract. Neutrogena sells a pomegranate/ salicylic acid face wash that works amazingly. In addition to that, I use non-comedogenic lotions and sunscreens when I go outside. Ive used this in High school and it worked great especially for football practice. I also used this regimen during my deployments to Afghanistan and Israel with great success. Hope this helps.

  • @SilentSilence aha works awesome. If you're still having a problem with flakes, go to acne.org they have some awesome stuff

  • Thanks for the video, I just stopped using BP yesterday so it was reassuring to watch this.

  • Isn't acne caused by infection and not toxins? Without blockage and infection there would be no breakout, isn't infection the problem rather than the release of toxins?

  • The only thing with stupid BP is that once you stop using it, BOOM pimples come back.

  • this girl is a cnt. bp is by far the best acne treatment out there. its also approved byt the fda to be a safe an effective acne treatment. there are no negative effects of bp except for dry skin, and just use a moisturizer. when used right, it cn cure acne for everyone. take a look at the acne.org regimen. its main treatment is bp, and worked for 100 percent of the people i know that have used it

  • i wan to get off bp cause it too much work to bring all the stuff with you on a trip and my family always yelling at me cuase i take to long to put it on

  • Thanks. The video was awesome. Can BP gradually lose its effectiveness if you use it for prolonged periods? I've been using Panoxyl 10% for a year and I stop using it whenever my acne disappears and start using it whenever I get a breakout which isn't serious anyway. I just use the 10% solution for immediate effect. Can this be bad in any way?
