When you said you normally take the pill when you get home from work when it's weekdays, do you still take the second pill before bed? Even though you had taken your morning pill not long before?

well i have this product myself and to answer a few questions, this is not a weight loss drug. but dont get me wrong it can help you lose weight if you put the work in it like diet and exercise. the reason why i got this is because ive been exercising over an hour a day intensily and dieting and pretty much havent lost any weight. so i bought this product to help cleanse me so i can lose weight more easily. and to answer another question you can buy this at gnc for $24.99.

Please be aware that doing a colon cleanse may actually get rid of the 'good' bacteria in our digestive tract :) One should (after talking with a family doctor to rule out disorders or diseases) merely add more fiber (whole grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, flax) in one's diet to help with regularity.
