I also learned computers by absolutely myself,my mom doesn't know much about computers and my dad didn't help me learn on how to use a computer, in 2nd grade, i was known at my school and i was nicknamed as "no-lifer","nerd","geek",etc..
. It is true that i have no-life,but still.

Computer genius? No.
I learned almost everything i know from computers,according to my mom when i was 4 i would spend unhealthy ammounts on the computer,and it was hard to get me outside, Ever since i was 5 i have been starting to be 18 hours a day on the computer nearly non-stop, i am 12 now and infact im on the computer even more now. He is not a computer genius,i knew better than him at computers when i was about that age.

@conman33311 thanks. he started using a desk top and it was kinda rough for him using the mouse at first, but his interest led him on learning to use the pad.

very nice, at first i though it will be like all other "my boy's a genius" but you surprised me: he is smart! i will recommend letting him learn a computer language as fast as possible! (maybe age 10 - 12)
