O yeah, the first thing I think of when I crash is to tuck and roll, not "HOLY SHIT!"

'Cause when you ride a Cannondale, you'll need to know how to survive alot of crashes.

I fell off a 10 foot drop , landed on my neck .... torn muscles..broke my cartridges and bone fragments. i suffer from severe headaches now and can't move as well as before. this happen due to careless preparation on my part and not slowing down on an obstacle that i saw first the first time. i was just going too fast . I will get back on a bike as soon as I get better,,, but I will slow down a bit.

Easy to do at low speed when you see the fall coming.....much more difficult when your rear wheel rebound on a rock at 60 km/h....you only need to practise, more and more...
