At the May 10, 2011 Hoboken Board of Education meeting, Dr. Mark Toback, the newly hired Superintendent of Schools, reported on the reasons behind his decision to offer Paula Ohaus a theater director position, in lieu of renewing her teaching contract. Ohaus had given her permission, via a Rice notice, to discuss the issue publicly. This video from which this video segment was extracted is provided freely to the public by the Hoboken BoE. The video incorrectly specifies the meeting date as May 12, 2011. The actual meeting data was Tuesday May 10, 2011.
