Damn the GM 3.1, 3.4, and 3.8 engines and their Plenum gasket issue. That's the only thing wrong with these cars.

@MixMashUpsWWE very reliable after mine sat for about 8 months in the summer (humid in indiana) i got a new battery and it fired right up having 192k miles. I couldn't believe it...very nice cars!

i did it all except the rack and pinion and sway bar.

i got my 1999 buick century for free (first car)....but i had to replace the rack and pinion steering, sway bar, water pump, thermostat, i flushed the heater core with the hose, all 4 new brake pads and rotors, and replaced the starter....it has 192k miles on it and its been in the fam since 05-06...gotta love a good old 3.1 L v6 ohv :) got some videos on here of her @ carzzz101

My uncle had a '97 gold century custom from 1997-2006. It needed a new trans, so he sold it for $500. It was an amazing car that cruised like a yacht on the highway, loved it. Now he has a 2004 Pathfinder.

my grandparents owned both a 1990 and 2000 buick century. the 1990 one died so they bought a new one. now they have a 2004 hyundai sonata.
