  • Nice review of the HawkHook.

    My views.

    1. The blade length at 2.5 " should make it legal for carry in places restricting blade lengths of 3" and up.

    2. Since this was marketed as a rescue tool, it is intended largely for LE/Fire maybe MIL. However, I don't see why average folks should pass on this blade.

    3. The rescue hook can be hard to sharpen without the appropriate tools.

    4. I feel that the glass breaker on this wouldn't be strong as a tungsten carbide one

, though the hammer style is safer.

  • @mesoscopic Good viwes

  • how am i suppose to open this with thick gloves?

  • idk in Texas it dose not get that cold so i have not tried it

  • good presentation, non knife people should at least have a blade like this or similar to keep in the center console in the car in case of a car emergency where they need to cut a seatbelt or break a window....

  • Ive seen this so many time its such a cool little tool.

  • you sound like elmer fudd

  • nice one, the flat head screw driver also doubles as a window bbreaker, you use it like a hammer though
