That old man basically said a bunch of nothing. It seems like he was contradicting himself about what he wants. I bet if Peyton Manning or Derek Jeter Moved in next to him and had the same signs he wouldn't say shit. You could bet when he had his little "pop warner parties" or "little league parties" that they would want to take the kids next door to met Peyton manning or Derek Jeter. Also, you just know he couldn't wait to tell his buddies that Peyton Manning just moved in next door too him.

Here in Illinois, if you don't have "no trespassing" signs up and you don't verbally tell someone to keep off your property, you can't have that person arrested for trespassing even if that person camps out on your lawn. I've got them up and I live in a upscale neighborhood. After talking to neighbors and telling them about that law, they all have them up now. I see two violations here, TRESPASSING and THEFT.
